Ground Turkey with Veggies and Quinoa

Ground turkey: 1/2 of a $4 pack (from Sprouts Farmers Market)
Broccoli and cauliflower mix (about 2 cups)
Mushroom (slices; around 1 cup)
Onion (for flavor, I take it out)
Fats & Seasoning:
1 cup of water (to cook the meat)
Olive oil (after water evaporates, about a tablespoon)
Salt, garlic salt, onion powder (sprinkled; little to minimal),
Chopped garlic (from a jar I have; about a tablespoon or less)
Quinoa:
Onion
Chopped garlic
Fats & seasonings:
Butter (to the boiling water)
Garlic salt and onion powder
Under $10
Serves 2-3 plates/meals
Cook time: Approx. 15 min.
I like to substitute chicken with turkey, from time to time.
I also like to substitute rice with quinoa.
