Mental Health tips from me
- Keep yourself busy, but do not NOT leave time for rest, rest
- Draw, paint, doodle (literally all of this helps)
- Listen to music, get up and dance, sing..
- Talk with someone, about the problem, or bout something else
- Meditate. Take some deep breaths, stretch high, be in quiet
- Let time pass. Feel however you're feeling. It will get better..
- Literally, just sit with it. Go with what you're going through.
- Do something meanwhile. Fun, light, relaxing, creative, new..
- Scream, if you need to.. cry too
- Don't give up, don't forget you are loved
- Know there's help, hope and love
- Do the everyday things. Cook, clean, self-care, work
- Learn about yourself and others. Places, people, things.
